Pool Start to Zeneca to Battery Gdns for loops
Thursdays Your chance to try speed or hill sessions. (Dependent upon demand. Just tell us what you want to do)
Sundays Long Steady Run. Encouragement and company for anyone wishing to increase distance and stamina.
Tip. To improve fitness, stamina and speed. Don’t forget to vary your runs and pace during the week. Steady/long, short/sharp, a few sprints, on/off road and hills.
