Fast Friday 10K

Fast Friday is what it says on the tin..... A flat 10k race two laps along the river Ex, perfect for a PB.

Here they are at the Start... Phil I think I know what you are getting for Christmas !

The weather was good and the route took in the best views around Exeter... and best of all finishers were given an Easter egg with their medal.... better than the usual mouldy banana !
