Meet at 6.30PM at Thinking Fitness Gym unless otherwise stated.
We require places to be booked. Please book your place via this website or 'Spaces' app where possible or contact a run leader to book your place for you. Runs may not always start from the same point. Toilet facilities may not always be available.
Also please note that if members wish to bring a visitor they will need to let the person running the session know.
Please stay safe and do not run if you are unwell or are injured.
Reminder!! Please wear something reflective during dark evenings!
