Not so usual is the location which is Milan. Johnny, Susan and Linda combined a weekend break with entry in the Marathon, which takes a scenic route around all the city.... What better way to see the sites. The weather was near-perfect, cool, dry and no wind. The course was scenic and flat, perhaps it was this or the promise of a post marathon Bloody Mary that spurred Susan on to an incredible 3:55 time, to finish First in her age class.
