Endurance life South Devon trail marathon 8th may 2021.
Susan was flying the harriers flag again last weekend, completing a gruelling coastal trial marathon in jaw-droppingly beautiful yet endlessly-punishing terrain, with its blend of jagged rocks interspersed with idyllic sandy coves.
Despite the inclement weather Susan finished in 6:18, an improvement of over 5 minutes on her previous result and was first in her age category and even found time to send us pictures and updates on her progress around the route. Asked how she felt afterwards Susan said " I'm inclined to take up an indoor hobby".... you don't fool us!
